Build to a heavy set
C) Hang Power Snatch (3-3-3-3)
Starting at the weight from your Muscle Sn. Focus on a fast turnover and catching at a 2-4″ land.
D) Snatch Pull (3 x 3)
Do all working sets at 105%, build up if needed.
Lower the last rep down slowly.
