Become a member with us and enjoy your CrossFit workouts and fitness program. Our classes are small to medium size group training classes where we have our certified CrossFit Coaches instructing you through the class so that you get the attention you need. Our CrossFit classes go through a variety of functional exercises to achieve a full body workout. These classes are fun, exciting and a great way to mix up your workouts while making new friends.
How to get started with us:
- Fill out the “Start Here” section located on the right side of this page.
- Choose a CrossFit class time to come in for a free session to check out our facility and take a class. During this time, we can also answer any questions you may have and help you choose the right membership option for you.
- Choose a membership option:
- Essentials Program: $300. For beginners, to CrossFit, this 1st month’s membership includes 5 one on one training sessions with one of our CrossFit Coaches to get you started quickly and safely. In these 5 sessions, we will teach you the foundational movements in CrossFit, Olympic & power lifts, gymnastics and much more. We also will dive into proper warm up/cool down and mobility exercises to optimize your new training program.
- For those with CrossFit experience and the ability to demonstrate the basics of CrossFit, these are your membership options:

- 3 Days per week - $170
- 3 Month contract*
- Unlimited - $185
- 3 Days per week - $155

- Ask about the Military, EMS and student discount. Must be active or retired Military, active EMS or active student.
- Personal 1-on-1 Training: During these 50 min sessions, the client is given the utmost attention from the personal trainer. The program will begin with an assessment of the client’s fitness level to determine where to begin our training. The trainer will build a personalized program that will improve the overall health and fitness level of the client all while working towards the client’s goals.
